Lionel, Coaching Volleyball

It was a normal Physical Education class. What was so special about it was the passion displayed by this particular teacher that caught my interest.
Davidson Lionel, born of humble parents, fought the hardships of life, braved the stormy educational waves, just back from Cuba was so engrossed with his students that any passerby would have to stop, spend a moment and even abstractly go through the motion or skill that this dedicated teacher was inculcating into the class.
Davidson was teaching his the basic concepts of the game of volleyball. The children were being taught the skill which is required to return the ball over the net. The teacher demonstrated the skill and the proceeded to have the children perform it. After about fifteen minutes of trial and error the class finally got it right.
Great Lesson!
